The "oil pressure sending unit" is located directly above the oil filter.

Odds are that you bumped this connector when you changed the filter. Check it.

WOW! low on oil means a qt. or two! not six! go drain some money out of your oil pan~ about a qt. at a time till its right...
be slow and methodical man! save yourself the potential of killin your jeep!

DONT reuse oil that youve drained, either. just gotta go get another qt. or two if you over drain it!
ALSO~ have fun gettin that drain plug in while oil is gushing out! if you want to, just drain it all and redo it. consider it a lesson learned, ay? good luck!

OR! (edit) the dummy gauge on dash is living up to its name...

Yea, I didn't take it that he added 6, but replaced all of the oil.....

Either the sending unit itself or the connector. Almost assuredly.

Let us know what you find after you perform an inspection here....

Well i believe it is just the connector. Right above the filter connected to a wire. Is it drivable til i fix it tomorrow?

Unless the sending unit ITSELF is damaged (which could lead to a massive oil leak and toast your engine), then yes.....it is okay to drive it.
