It's not uncommon for a little oil to go through, and for carbon to build up on the throttle body. First things first, I'd clean the throttle body and the intake tube to see how bad things are. Check the throttle body periodically to see if it's getting fresh oil on it. If it's getting a lot of buildup, then either there is something wrong with the CCV valve, or you have piston ring blow-by.
Also, try this. On the back of the valve cover is a small, hard plastic, line. It runs from the valve cover to the intake, it provides vacuum to the CCV valve built into the valve cover. Sometimes this becomes clogged with what can only be described as 'gunk', oily nasty carbon. Pull that line and make sure it's clean all the way through. That might help, since the CCV won't function correctly without proper vacuum.
If you are still getting oil in the intake, give the engine a compression test. This will point out the general health of the motor. You should be able to rent a tester from Autozone or any chain autoparts store, or buy one for $30-40. Let us know what the results are.
