Default No Rear Brakes

So I did the 4x4 swap on my XJ, swapped the Trans/Transfer-Case, Front end and Rear end.

Now I have no brakes in the rear end, The pedal goes to the floor and the front brakes catch a little to stop me.

I hooked everything up like its suppose to be, bled all 4 brakes and adjusted the rear brakes. still no pressure on the pedal, It has air in the line every time I bleed it.

Trying to figure out where the air is coming from, I don't see any leaks.

Bump, I need brakes lol, searching and Google isn't bringing anything up, I know someone has had to have this problem at one point. I can't figure out what I'm missing.

If you have abs you have to bleed them in order from fartest to closest to the booster. keep bleeding till there is no more air. Your brakes will go to the floor till all the air is out.

I did this once and it was a dumb mistake, I installed the rear calipers upside down and they wouldnt bleed.

I have rear drums, and yea, I bleed em and they seem like everything should be fine, but when I take it for a test drive and push on the brakes, they go to the floor.

Don't know what it was but I, replaced all the rear brake components with the rear end stuff from my original rear end, adjusted the brakes and bled all 4, now things seem to be working like they should.
