Have you checked fuel pressure? I'm just guessing

hmm I would start looking to get codes, then check that TPS ,even the IAC again. Where did you get your sensors? are they oem? or cheap ones.

Hmmm I would look into maybe cheap sensors and try oem ones. Hit up http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/catalog.php and http://www.factorymopar.com/ Remember I'm just guessing. That is just where I would start to look.

Before you start spending more money and throwing more parts at it, Do like Dumajones said. Have it check for any code and check the fuel pressure with a mechanical pressure gauge. Just because you have some pressure in the fuel rail doesn't mean you have the right pressure needed for it to run correctly. Your year should have 49psi +or- 5psi. Once you get those checked out it will be a lot easier to know what direction to go. Let us know what you get.

have the battery checked and check your cable connections... a bad battery or connection/ground can cause the same issue...
