Always be descriptive.
No-start can mean that:
A: The engine doesn't even turn over
OR
B: The engine turns over fine, but doesn't fire/start

no starts can be a pain in the ***. since the motor is turning over, and you have a new battery, your issue is either fuel related or spark related. pick up a cheap inline spark tester at harbor freight(couple of bucks), and see if you have spark in all cylinders. then if you do have spark, check to see if you have fuel pressure. if so, then i would start looking at sensors.... post back and let us know whats going on....

Always check for spark with a no-start. You are looking for a strong, blue, snapping spark. Yellow/white/orange indicates a weak spark, which may not be strong enough to start the engine.
If the crank sensor is bad, you will not have spark and you will not have fuel going TO the fuel injectors. Ignition coil is another possibility for no-spark.
If spark checks out, try a small spray of starting fluid into the intake. If the engine starts and runs momentarily, you know spark is okay and you have confirmed a fuel DELIVERY problem.

Again thanks for all info. Changed out the CPS and she fired right up. Bit of a chore to get the right angle to the dangle on the bolts, but a magnetic 7/16 that I had in my toolbox did help. Future project's rear seal, oil filter ring replacements Im sure Ill be back for more info
