I also have this problem. It happens intermittenly for me. From what Ive found could be bad BCM,PCM, SKIM, ground connection or keys.
The codes you probably have are p1686 and 1687, which I also have. It could also be something simple as a corroded wire or one that has a slice in it. It will be a ***** to find from what I'm told and usually a costly $$$ repair.

No Buss usually means the PCM is not getting enough power to be able to read anything.
Check voltages right on the PCM connector - remove connector and clean it.
Remove the top part of the underhood fuse box - clean the corrosion off the connections on the bottom of the relay sockets.

no run

The pump shuts off? Or the engine stops running? I'd hazard a guess TJ's thinking it might be ASD related.

Because the fact of the matter is no one can perfectly diagnose this problem over the internet. His best shot would be to go through the solutions that have worked with his exact symptoms. Otherwise it turns into a guessing fame.
I had this issue with the gauge cluster showing no bus, ended up being the alternator not supplying enough power. Jeep would run and then die. Have you checked the battery voltage? If you have it tested and it shows a ripple then it the alternator.
