Default Newb needs Transmission help!!

I have this odd problem with my 2001 jeep cherokee 2wd auto. 9 times out of 10 i'll start it up and drive and when i get up to highway speeds its as if my car never switches to 4th. When it gets to a little over 45 mph it shifts, or appears to, but its as if it shifts back into third, so when I get up to speeds around 65, my rpms are close to 3000 when it should be just over 2000.

If i pull off the highway, I'll turn off the car, turn it right back on, and then it works properly, shifting when it's supposed to. One stipulation to this is that I cant just turn on the car, turn it off, and it fix the problem. The car has to have made that attempt to shift into 4th, then I can turn it off and right back on and it work fine. Also, if i get it working fine and then stop and get gas or just turn the car off, it goes right back to having the same problem and I must repeat the process.

I only notice it when my car is supposed to shift into 4th (right around 45, as i mentioned earlier). I cant really tell if its happening in the other gears, but I dont think so.

I brought it to advanced for them to run a diagnostic test and they gave me 7 codes as follows:

P0443 - Evaporative Emission System Purge Control Valve Circuit

P0132 - 02 sensor high voltage 1/1 (I changed bank 1 sensor 1 last night and
it still showed up.

P0130

P0136 - o2 sensor 1/2 (I also changed bank 1 sensor 2 last night)

PO705 - Transmission Range Sensor A: This appears to be the neutral safety switch and I'm wondering if this can have any impact on why my car shifts so odd, but i thought this had more to do with back up lights and starting the car.

P0135 - o2 sensor 1/1

P0155 - o2 sensor 2/1

any and all help is much appreciated.

i doubt the 705 is causing this. soulds like a tcm type deal. easy way to fix the 705 code is to pull the nss off and open it up and clean the sludge out of it and put it back on, takes 30mins. saves 200 bucks for a new nss

So the kick cable seems like it would happen all the time if that was the case, no?

Also, If its running faulty, and I then pull off the road and turn it off, then right back on it will run fine. If i stop again, turn off the car for even a couple seconds, it will go back to running faulty. It's so odd.

Also, this happens in the winter and the summer so it does not seem dependent on season.
