Default Need help asap

Hi I have a 89 Cherokee ltd renix and when I'm driving when I take my foot off the gas the rpms are very low almost hitting the 0 and when it idles the rpms are just over the first line after the 0 what can be making this happen

Lots of things could cause this, not just one or two.
When did it last get plugs, wires, cap and rotor?
Ever cleaned the throttle body and IAC?

But did you CLEAN the throttle body when you replaced the IAC? Very important as they get carboned up over time and miles.

If you have a clean throttle body and a new IAC, test or replace your throttle position sensor.
