Hey there. I have two rubber lines hanging by my transmission. 89 MJ 4.0 4x4 5 speed (clamshell)

they look like vent lines from the trans and transfer case.

Yes. And they mount under the big trans to engine bolt up above on the passenger side.

It's okay to zip tie them up there.
