motor cleaning

alright guys well I pulled the motor out of my 91 and I have it tore down to a bare block. well all the main and rod caps are nasty with old burnt oil and I don't know what to use to get the crap off I have checked everything and the cam and crank are in limits so no worries about that just need to see what help I can get to clean all the parts so there not nasty going back in I have already cleaned the block and got at lease 2 coffee cups worth of sludge build up out but it was with a presser washer and the rest of the parts are to small to power wash so im stuck at this point so any help would be nice thanks

What's your budget? Taking it to a shop and having it all hot tanked would be ideal... but if you're looking for the cheap alternative, go buy a can of parts cleaner - it's basically large coffee-can type container full of solvents that you dip smaller parts into and let soak.
