I just had my oil pan and oil pump replaced. Apparently there was a lot of sludge in the motor. The filter on the pickup tube was completely clogged. They recommended running an engine cleaner thru the engine which has about 110,000 miles on it. 2nd motor in the Jeep already installed when I bought it. Has anyone run engine cleaner thru their engine. Still has low oil pressure.

I use Seafoam every single oil change. it's advertised as a cleaner, and I haven't had any issues on my '90. Once a year I use a can in the gas too, I don't have much buildup in my cylinders, and I'd like to think that the last 100,000 miles that I've had mine and done this has had some of this impact.
I really don't subscribe to snake oil type products.
That being said every once in a while I throw some dry gas and Lucas fuel injector cleaner in my '00.
Sometime ago a thread came up about engine flush.
So I got curious and started Googling around.
Came across the Motor Medic flush.
And it was a bad review that made me use it.
This guy complained that after he used it his engine started leaking oil out of everywhere.
What I read was that it did its job and cleaned out all the sludge that was preventing the oil from leaking out of all the shot gaskets in his engine.
LOL.
So every once in a while I use it as per the instructions when doing an oil change.

Marvel Mystery Oil. One quart in place of a quart of motor oil. Monitor the progress by shining a light into the oil filler hole.
Watch the dipstick turn black.
Melts the sludge away while lubricating your engine.

"Engine cleaning fluids" are a sham. A quick way for companies, especially repair shops, to make money.
Here are a few tips.
- Run gas from a gas brand that has an additive package (high in detergents) like Shell, Mobil, Exxon, or any Top Tier branded station. There are others, but those are the most popular I can think of right now.
- Change your oil on time. Use either a synthetic blend or full synthetic motor oil.
- Fix any leaks promptly.
- If you decide to go off-roading or mudding, clean the engine bay and undercarriage as soon as possible after.
