Miss at idle and take off

What would cause this? Looking at picking up a 97 that has this issue. The motor was replaced.
Im thinking iac or the tps...
Ideas?

First suspects would be secondary ignition. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor.
Sensors can be involved as well and most can be tested. TPS comes to mind first, rather than an IAC.

I don't see why your wife being mad would bother XJ88? 
If you put the induction pickup from a timing light on a plug wire and it doesn't fire, right there without removing a thing you know there is a spark issue. Then "bid with confidence!"
