94 XJ Horn Cover Removal
Hello,
I'm new to the forums and I'm looking for help. I have a 94 XJ and I'm trying to get the steering wheel off. I know how to do this, have the tools, etc. I also know that most people say the horn cover just pulls off, but I've tried that and it's not going anywhere. Does it really just pull off, and is it usually very tight / hard to remove? I'm restoring my XJ so the last thing I want to do is break something.
