It you're talking about the CCV lines, replacements can probably be found at auto zone or the like, vacuum line can be found at about any auto parts store. But i would recommend you check them before you replace them. No need to fix whats not broken.

These. Especially the back line on the valve cover to the intake.

I know that on mine if you remove the rear breather tube (like when you replace your tps and forget to reattach the tube.....doh!) it makes a loud whistling noise and a fast idle.

The intake manifold fitting has a screw at the bottom of it an it appears that it isn't tightened down all the way. How do I tighten this because it too hard to tighten it with a wrench.)))

Nevermind. Not a REnix, and you've got some good photos to go off of already.

I have the same problem on my jeep. Idles at like 550 but jumps a bit and it is a bit rough. I just replaced the front o2 sensors and cleaned the IAC and it helped a little bit. i guess ill try to see what the ccv lines are like, sometimes i can hear a whistling noise coming from the back of the engine, would that be lines maybe?

That whistling noise is a vacuum leak......and yeah, they make for a rough/low idle.
