Um...I really didnt know there is a difference, everything I've used has said "carb and throttle body cleaner"

CRC industries cleaner it's like 5 bucks for a bottle

your iac might be bad,just cleaning it might not work. do clean the throttle body though. and like the previous posters said check that your ccv hoses are not clogged up.

Correct me if I am wrong but I think 2000 Cherokee doesn't have ccv.

49,000 miles? And it's 13 years old? Wow!! Score! That means it was probably a city dweller for most of its life. Try cleaning out your injectors, run a can of seafoam through it as well for a couple hundred miles. (In the crankcase) then change your oil. This in addition to the throttle body.

If you've already gotten new IAC and TPS, next logical step would be O2 sensors maybe.

Once again, check your CCV lines. If one is disconnected or broken you'll get a low idle problem (same happened to mine). I was never able to find someone who sold the CCV line i needed (4 banger), so i cut some vacuum hose and spliced it in to replace the broken section (not the best option, but it'll get you by until you get the part).
