There is a HUGE difference!!!!!! Seriously, stop debating it and buy it. Best upgrade you will do to your XJ. ABSOLUTELY plug 'n play. Will literally take you all of 30 minutes (MAXIMUM) to do it. If you know how to use a screwdriver and your hands, you will have absolutely no problem.

And you can easily hide the wires. Nothing a couple zip ties can't fix.

It is a great improvement. Gotta do it to get brighter lights and keep from burning up headlight switches. Go for it.

Either harness is going to give you a great improvement even with the stock sealed beams. Heck I'm back to sealed beams for the moment after breaking one of my autopal's screwing around on a trail. I can still see much better than before I did the harness upgrade. Once I find a job another pair of autopals will get ordered (unless I decide to splurge that is...).

I followed this: https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f59/my-h4-upgrade-114440/ and there is a night and day difference. Coming from stock headlights, I am blown away by how bright these are. I did get the same bulbs as in the writeup and I'm sure that has a lot to do with it. But it is easy, cheap and 100% worth it.

Not sure if you are interested in hid's, however I installed 55w hid's and they are very bright. Ddmtuning is the website I got mine from and am very pleased with the outcome.

Why are you posting all over the place pushing those lights? They're crap. We know they're crap. And 2 out of your total 3 posts that I've read are promoting them. Something's fishy.

Oh sorry I thought everyone could voice there opinions on here not just people that are better than everyone else like YOU. I am just shareing my experience with people Not promoting anything. All I said was that the pilots provide better visibility than the autopals. Thank you for making new members feel welcome.
Good day

I did that to see if you were a spammer since I read 2 of your 3 posts and they promoted a specific product. Understand my suspicions.

Well said, and welcome to XJ HANK. There has been an inordinate amount of spamming on the forums lately. I knew if I challenged HANK, he would come back if legit, disappear if he wasn't. Sorry for the trial by fire.

I've used both the IPF and the Hella E-Code H4 conversions.... I reccomend the Hella E-Code lamps.. you can pick them up from Quadratec for the cheapest, I am currently running them in two different vehicles

As for bulbs I loved the PIAA 525s so much that I purchased the bulbs from there... Plasma Ion Low and High beam... throws a yellowish beam on low but exceptional visibility

Has anybody had problems with the relays yet. My high beam one went out and trying to find a replacement isnt very cheap. Has anyone modded the to take a more common relay.
