is it a hydraulic jack or a scissor jack ( big nascar looking thing or a little triangly screw thing

a scissor jack might work, but they're not that side to side stable.

i dont think it will lift it high enough. u really need a floor jack to do this job. jmo

ok got it up and i think ive got it the tire is off and the clips are loose and the spring is off and the spacer is on top and now how do i put her back down that coil wont pop out now will it?

ive got one side lifted on cinder blocks and a jack and the other side is the same setup,

agreed, you need a floor jack.
i had two and it made the job waaaay easier. the I returned the crappy one that i had bought for like $20 later and said it had a defect!!! full refund!
that 3 ton of your dad's will help a lot

that was freaking fast.
if you put the bumpstop back on and did everything right, the coil should not " pop out"
jesus that would be scary

just put the coil back in if you havent, nothing too complicated

for the blocks how long are they like side to side and wat width is good im going to make my own steel blocks
