so basically i could get some 2 inch coil spring boosters from my local autozone and get longer shackles and they will work with the rest of my stuff...
first you jack up the jeep by the front axle and put it on blocks or jack stands, then take the retainer clips off the bottom of the coil springs, lower your axle till you can get the coil out then insert the spacer, then do the same to the other coil, bolt the retainer clip on and lower the jeep, now for the back put it on blocks again, then unbolt the bolts to the shackles and instwll them, then lower it back down

to put coil spacer on,
jack up the front axle from the differential. get it high enough so when you place jack stands under the frame behind the lower control arm mounts, you can lower the axle a ways without the tires touching the ground.
Take off wheels.
unbolt shocks.
unbolt upper swaybar links.
support the axles weight at the differential, and then jack up one side of the axle as far as you can to cause the other one to droop.
Oh and you should probably unbolt the coil retainer clips, they're just small and on the bottom of the coil, easy to find.
you may be able to just pry out the coil from the drooped side, but I used a coil spring compressor and it made the job much easier. either way, get the coil out.
then unscrew the bumpstop cup, I used a pipewrench.
take the little rubber isolator out,
put your spacer in!
put the isolater back on, then the mounting cup, then the coil.
Aaaand repeat for other side.

ok well once i put the front on blocks and take out the right side. Wouldnt that spring being out not support that side and cause the front to collapse... for that is my only vehicle and if some gets damaged an wont run ill be screwed...
