Default Left turn signal and flashers not working

Yesterday I went to use my left turn signal and the normal ticking sound was sounding more like a buzz. The right turn signal was working fine. This morning I went out to look at it and the left turn signal is no longer making a sound of any kind, no blinker light on the dash, and the blinker bulbs aren't doing anything. My right turn signal functions as it should. My hazards do nothing. Has anyone experienced this? Relay? Turn signal switch?

I had a similar issue it was the flasher, plus it's cheaper than the stalk. I purchased the TRIDON/NOVITA EP27

Start working the hazard switch on and off. The contacts get all crudded up and cause turn signal issues and you'll get that buzzing sound you're hearing.

I replaced the relay and now the left turn signal works intermittently (sometimes does nothing, sometimes the relay makes the clicking sound but doesn't show on my dash/doesn't actually engage signal, and sometimes works). If I turn my left signal off and on a few times, it will eventually work. The right blinker still works fine and the hazards don't work at all. It seems like it's going to be a combo of the relay and a new turn signal switch.

I forgot to address this. I'll give that a try and post results. Thanks for the info.

You could always pull the multi-switch, clean it up really good since you can get at every angle of it, check the wiring and if that doesn't correct the issue, you'll already have the old one out.

Good advice! It didn't exactly fix it, but it made me realize what's going on. The hazard switch has a little play towards the driver and towards the dash. If it's not completely centered, it doesn't make proper contact and won't allow the turn signal to work. I'll probably replace the switch at some point.

Nice! Yeah, it's extremelyyyyyyyyyyyyyy common for this to happen. I've got a spare turn signal stalk just sitting in my toolbox bc I had a similar issue but figured out it was the hazard switch causing a connection problem. Was just a matter of working it a little and haven't had any issues since.
