Looks like your radiator. Time for a new one! Ever had overheating trouble?

Without more pictures or a better description its hard to say. Being on that side i would first check that the drain on the side of the radiator isnt leaking

Have you noticed any differences in anything from bypassing the heater control valve? mine has been leaking for a while and im thinking about just bypassing it

Yeah do a little more research tomorrow. Refill with coolant (if you lost enough for the need), start the jeep and get down and track down that leak. If it's from the radiator, don't use any sort of stop leak additive. You're gunna need to just replace it

Check your upper hose. If it's good then your radiator is shot. That's how much mine leaked.

Does the 96 have the plastic jugs on it or the brass ones like my 88? I put a hole in my brass jug and had it brazed up friday. I rather have the older style, they last longer.

Definitely plastic. Oh and that's a good point, look at that upper radiator hose. That'd be a lot cheaper and easier than the radiator itself

You "unclogged" the radiator?

Radiator shops have a hard time with those plastic radiators and recommend replacemnt. It might be time.
