Could you expand on the reasons for choosing JCR Offroad product over Rocky Road Outfitters product. Are the two equal as far as what they have in each kit?

Well, I don't know what half of that stuff in the Rocky Road kit is even needed for! It is way over priced and the JCR kit is basically what every other steering kit looks like, but for less. I ran the JCR 1-ton steering and was very pleased with it...especially for the price of $314. If I wasn't building my own custom high steer, I would definitely buy steering from them again. JCR was founded by two friends in 2003 Kalamazoo, MI and they have gone national since then. They are an awesome group of guys that do honest work all day, every day. They also each have their own badass rigs that they actually offroad. Visit their website and see what I'm talking about. www.jcroffroad.com

the knuckle setup is a little different..its a little too close to the tire which is ****ty and theres alot of welding
the one ton steering setup upgrade is perfect for my application.

exactly. that rocky road kit has way too many parts in it. they made it way more difficult than it needed to be.

Or run the JCR setup and have it be less than buying the Reid Racing knuckles only.

True...but he was asking/looking for a knuckle over kit, which is exactly what the JCR kit is.

Either way, the Rocky Road kit is a joke.
