Why are there so many older cherokees on the road as compared to other vehicles?
This a.m. I went to my ma`s gravesite to drop some flowers and the trip, a whole maybe 3 miles, I seen 11, thats right, I counted, 11 older cherokees.
Is it because they last forever, look so much the other years, so many sold, good resell value all the above plus some or???

Many sold, and great engines. Those are definitely two reasons.

They're perfect, except gas mileage maybe.

Maybe because they look very much alike all the way from 84-01. They must have been doing something right to not make very many changes in so many years...

Wonder how many were sold between 84-01. Millions probably and they continue on in Bejing to this day. Hey a reason to go to the Olympics!

2,884,172 to be exact (in the states). I'd love to get ahold of a Jeep 2500 from China. With that good old 4.0. Oh yeah.

Oh man, I'd dig having one of the new ones in the states. . . that'd be sweet, diesel or 4.0L, I'd take either. . .

The hatch on that looks square off on the corners like it's still made of fiberglass.

I just bought a 97, I am selling my 94 wrangler. This was the closest vehicle to what I have been driving for 14 years. I need room for 2 car seats. I have to say compared to my wrangler, it's a caddy
