Default junkyard injectors

I got some jy neon injectors. besides getting new o rings which is a definite must how would i go about cleaning them? soak them in sea foam? any other ideas? without taking them apart...

Soak em in sea foam but also open em up with a 9 volt battery. One wire on one end the other wire on the other side.

my swap on my 99 took 20-30 minutes. no problems yet ( did it yesterday morning) hope all goes well for ya!

also get the lucas oil injector cleaner it works great

They dont bolt in they are held in my the fuel rail. No threads

What injectors did you go with? I have a 99 also and am wanting to upgrade my injectors.

Gotta watch those Neon injectors. I think I see one set of the actual "upgrade" injectors in one of every 15 Neons I look in. The rest have an injector that looks and mounts the same but which are about a half inch shorter or that have a different electrical plug.
