squeeking front end
Hi! New to the forum, thought I would introduce myself with a Q. Have a 96 cherokee, got a little excited with the power washer spraying out brake dust. since then I get a ert...ert...ert... sound from the front when I turn a corner. tried spraying some lube on all my bushings one at a time to find the squeek, nojoy. any suggestions?

There are a few things up front that could cause a squeak. One thing to check would be the wheel bearings. With the tire off the ground, grab it front and back and give it a shake. It should have no movement, if it does the wheel bearing and/or ball joints could be bad. Another test is to rotate the wheel/tire by hand (off the ground of course) and listen for the squeak you mentioned. When my passenger side wheel bearing went bad I could rotate the wheel/tire by hand and the squeak was more than obvious. Good luck
