Default jk shocks on xj?

I received a set of factory jk wrangler shocks with very few miles on them and I was wondering if they would work on my xj? They look like they will work but I'm not sure if jeep shocks are universal. Thanks

Is your XJ lifted? From what I understand, JK shocks are good if you're lifted about 2 inches. I may be very wrong though haha

You should wait for someone else to chime in but I'm 95% sure they'll work perfectly for you

Yes, they'll work. I run them on the front of my xj with a 3" lift. They leave a little something to be desired for travel though, but a good cheap option.

It all depends on collapsed and extended length of the shock and how much travel you have. Make sure you can't over extend/collapse shock and your good. Extended bump stops can help with this.
