Default Jeep not running right!! PLEASE HELP!!

my 89 jeep is idling extremly low and will backfire once i press on the gas and will not respond. it was running fine the day before and i have no idea what could cause this. here is a video of what its doing. what could it be?

Could be TPS. Fuel pump. IAC. Or tons of other things.

Start by verifying proper fuel pressure and GOOD spark.

well a couple of days ago this did happen but it was because gas was leaking from the fuel regulator. after wiggling the fuel line it did fix it before. but i took it to a mechanic and they replaced the o ring from the fuel line to the regulator. do you think they put the o ring on wrong of something but i dont see it leaking though.

See Post #2. Have the fuel pressure checked.

ok so i pressed the valve on the fuel rail and only a little bit of fuel comes out. so does that mean my fuel pump is bad? but i can hear it turn on when i turn the key.
