Jeep missing w/check engine light
I’ve checked it for obstructions and it’s all clean. When I get it to make good connection it will run well until I hit a bump or it gets rattled. I can press it down on the injector while the Jeep is running and I can hear the engine start to run another.
Tried to zip zip tie it down, but that didn’t work.
I really appreciate the help by the way. I’m pretty sure we’ve got the problem figured out, the hard part is fixing it.

Alright, try the old trick, "swap known good for suspected bad". See if the #2 connector snaps on correctly with the vehicle OFF.
If it does, go to your favorite parts store and get a new one. Of course, make sure the new one snaps on right before you go chopping and splicing.

One quick test you can do...
With the engine OFF, unplug number one and number two... plug the number two connector to the number one injector. If it goes on with no issues then it's safe to say your connector is busted. To confirm, try plugging number one connector to number two injector... if it doesn't seat, you can be sure the connector is junk. Make sure you put them back in proper order before starting the vehicle.
Fear not though... I'm pretty sure that's an EV6 connector, someone will correct me if I'm wrong, they are cheap and readily available from most parts stores. Two wires to splice

So it started running just fine for a bit. I thought I had it fixed because it ran well enough for the CEL to go off on its own. Then last night, the CEL came on and it started messing up all over again. I went and had the codes checked again and they all came back the same. Injector/circut issue and cylinder misfire. I started it up for the auto zone guy and we pulled the connectors for the injectors that were messing up and there was no change in the performance of the engine.
So I bought some new o-rings and left determined to replace the injectors with my old ones. Only to find that when I started it up to leave the parking lot, it was running just fine. Now I know that the autozone guy is not a mechanic, but he seemed to think I might have an ECM problem and I should replace it.
