Jeep missing w/check engine light
First thing I am going to do is go get the codes run, but in the mean time, I’ll ask you guys about it.
Last night I drove the Jeep around the corner to the gas station to grab a drink and parked it. This morning when I went to move it out of the drive way, the check engine light came on and it has a rough idle.
It got new plugs and wires last month and I upgraded the injectors a couple of weeks ago.
Ideas?

Get the CEL code and you'll know what's going on or at least where to start looking.
The only thing in the meanwhile I'd say is double check your injector connections in case something worked it's way off or something. I only say this because if you've messed with something (meaning, something was changed/manipulated) recently then that's the first suspect.

Well the CEL code was something like P0201. It translated to fuel injector or connector. So now my question is, how do I go about finding out if it is the injectors or the connectors and should I contact the person I bought my injectors from and see about replacing them?

As it's running (roughly) press down on the individual injector plugs. Mine did the same thing. Turns out the keeper clip thing on number two fell off and the injector plug got a little loose. Pressed it down and presto... smoothed right out.
That's were I'd start anyway.

I checked all of the connections and that didn’t fix it, so I had them warranty them.
They should get here tomorrow, but I the mean time, I’ve got to drive the Jeep about 30 miles round trip. On the highway. Do you think it will be okay?

It didn’t continue to blink. It blink for about 10 seconds and stopped. I didn’t notice any change it the way it was running. Luckily I’ve got it here at my In-laws house barn and we should be able to get it fixed. (I hope)

Well I went back through and checked all of the injector connections, there was one that is under the throttle cables that was in a little bit if a bind. I got that straightend out and reconnected and it fixed the issue. The CEL didn’t turn off though.

Well it started happening again. I’ve determined that the connector on injector #1 is the culprit. I can pull on it with little to no force and it comes loose.
Can I splice a new one into the existing wires? Or is there a better way to get that done?

I'm sure you can splice a new one in, but do you really want to? What year is your Jeep? Did the injector harness not have a clip to keep it secured to the injector?
for the time being perhaps you want to use a zip tie or some electrical tape to hold the harness securely to the injector... until you come up with a more permanent solution, that is.

So it won't go all the way on and snap into place without being forced... ok, did you look in the connector itself to see if there is any foreign material stuck inside? While you're at it, check the pins. There has to be a simple solution to this that we are overlooking.

One quick test you can do...
With the engine OFF, unplug number one and number two... plug the number two connector to the number one injector. If it goes on with no issues then it's safe to say your connector is busted. To confirm, try plugging number one connector to number two injector... if it doesn't seat, you can be sure the connector is junk. Make sure you put them back in proper order before starting the vehicle.
Fear not though... I'm pretty sure that's an EV6 connector, someone will correct me if I'm wrong, they are cheap and readily available from most parts stores. Two wires to splice
