Default Jeep Cherokee 1990 AC Air Conditioner Problem

I have this Jeep cherokee 1990 4WD V6 ,after i turn on the Air conditioner it will get cool after driving for about 10-15 minutes, the problem is the air blows only from defrost vents during acceleration , when I hit the brakes it will return back to Central vents , sometime the problem occures regardless if the car being driven or not, so is there a way to make the air go only to front vents, i mean fixing this spontanous blowing of air back and forth,
I'm sorry to be a noobie here,i could'nt the describe the problema better way, this is my first ever thread to be posted about a car issue.
I hope you could understand my problem.

any ideas will be appreciated ,thanks in advance

Your system is not holding vacuum under acceleration. There is a reservoir inside the front passenger side of the front bumper with hoses running up along side the battery to your firewall. Check them out.

when the engine running , and ac is on , i disconnected all hose which were attached to the vaccum reservoir , there is no air coming in or out from any line connecting to the reservoir , is it normal ?
how to check the vaccum lines if there is no air in it?

There should be vacuum on at least one of them, the supply.

On your intake manifold, there is a fitting with a hose attached that runs to the rear of the engine bay, acroos the firewall to the passenger side, and along the passenger inner fender, behind the battery, to the vacuum ball. Start there.

I think i found the Fitting you were talking about
it has a cap on it when i remove the cap while engine is running the sound of the engine becomes louder and air comes out of it , should i connect the line to it?

I'd be more concerned at this point why your brake booster has no vacuum.

The fitting you're looking for is on top of the intake manifol, pointing straight up.
