Thank you for your replies cruiser54 I really appreciate it.
Actually my Brake is somewhat loose, could it be due to that brake booster fitting not having vacuum?
If the fitting i'm looking for is visible in those pictures i posted , can you please point to where it is exactly using some arows.
if it is not visible i will post more clear pictures and more at angles.

on the 4th row of pictures(from top) it shows youre brake booster the big round thing behind where you add brake fluid, the tube that comes off of that on top of the intake manifold is going to where cruiser54 said you should be looking for the vacuum hook up. so it seems like yours is differant or someone changed it or relocated it. im sure he will chime in to help you but you might have to move the brake booster line to the place where the cap is so that you can rehook youre vacuum up the way it should be. got any friends with an xj. or a junkyard you could go to to try and see if you can get a visual on how it should hook up. could also look for one on a car lot and take some pics. as you are quite good at the picture thing good luck

figure out how to get that broken line into the port with the cap and see what happens. if you can strech it that far just shove it in the hole and electric tape the crap out of it see if it fixes it if so, that you know you are on the right track. dont leave it that way cause the tape will only last a short time till the glue melts and it becomes a sticky mess

I'll do that and get back to you ASAP.

Finally the problem is solved , everything is in its own place .
I switched the Brake booster hose back to its normal position just like you guys said.
and finally connected the Vaccum line from the cannister ball back to fitting where it belongs ,and now the Air Conditioner is working great, back to normal, blowing air in central vents.
I feel my brake is now better than before.
Thank you so much guys , I don't know what to say , I truely appreciate what you did for me.
Here is some post-repair pictures.
