Exclamation Ignition Off Draw Fuse Short please HELP!

Hi there, *edit: I drive a 1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport, 6 cylinder 4.0 Automatic transmission.* I've been using these forums to look for solutions to problems with my Jeep for some time now, but I recently rolled mine and since then nothing seems to have a simple answer anymore.

Since the accident, none of my gauges have worked, nor my radio or dome lights. To my understanding, the Ignition off draw fuse has a lot to do with all these things, however, it seems there is a dead short somewhere because as soon as i put the fuse in, it blows.

Here's a list of things that aren't working:
1. Speedometer
2. Tachometer
3. Radio
4. Dome Lights
5. Fuel Gauge
6. Temperature and Voltage Gauge
7. Basically all the gauges in the dash do NOT work.

However, all the lights in the dash work, and the overhead console works as well. If somebody could point me to a possible solution to this short, or give me some wiring diagrams for the engine compartment fuse box, so that i may be able to trace the wiring back to the short, it would be greatly appreciated!

yes, it crushed a part of the roof, but not to the extent where the headliner was dislodged or torn. Would dome light wiring cause that IOD fuse to short out, leaving my gauge cluster inoperable?

Yes, the IOD fuse feeds the dome lamp and the instrument cluster. Fuse 9 in the Junction Block (passenger footwell) also feeds the instrument cluster.

The IOD also feeds the cargo bay lamp switch, radio, transmission control module, left and right courtesy lamps, and left and right visor lights.

Also, if you have an underhood lamp check it or disconnect it and see what happens.

I did take a look at that wiring diagram that shows where the IOD fuse feeds into that splice, i went ahead and disconnected my underhood lamp and that didnt seem to be the problem. another fuse that is blowing as soon as i put it in is the 25 amp #2 fuse in the interior fuse panel, which feeds the cigar lighter. Could those two be connected?
