No manual switch for the fan. It's spliced in to the plug that came off of what I assume is the original electric fan. So, that wiring is intact.
I know this because--and I'm so sorry for this--the fan that's currently in there was an 'oh ****, okay, WTF?' replacement the day I got it, relying on my phone and a lot of fast Googling for reference. I just threaded the wires through like they were before, and used the existing splice.
So, the plug is still there, at least. I'm gonna have to learn how to properly run those wires, though.
And yeah. That spot on the radiator made me add 'new radiator' to the list, and eventually led me here.

Thanks, CCKen. Sorry, I missed that entirely. I was kinda concerned, because there weren't a lot of 95's in the junkyard I found.
I'm hoping all I need is fan-shroud-clutch.
With regards to the clutch, I've seen that some of them are marked at 'reverse', and the FSM even mentions that. Why are some of them 'reverse', and which am I likely to need?

I'm actually trying to track down the parts online, since I'm pretty sure I angered the friend-of-a-friend mechanic I was talking to, and I have no transportation. Unless you count the Jeep, and I'm not counting that at this point.
I'm also catastrophizing like mad. 'Did I accidentally get the wrong water pump? RockAuto listed it, but what if it turns the wrong way? Which fan clutch do I need again? This one says reverse, but this one doesn't. What if some of the mounting hardware is missing for the fan--bolts and stuff--where do I get that? I'm going to get banned from cherokeeforum for asking stupid questions, or the same questions over and over, and not listening to them.'
CCKen: I'm sorry I didn't get the picture you asked for, if it was for something other than 'how much of a mess is this wiring'. I would've gone back out, but I'm still fighting the low-grade migraine headache that cropped up shortly after. The sun reflecting off the snow would've made things worse, and I didn't want to risk dropping my phone in a puddle of melt.
If it weren't for that, I'd probably be trying to tackle the valve cover gasket today, at least.
Since I'm already asking stupid questions: how much does that valve cover weigh?

I don't think I will ever order from them again even though they are only about 30 miles from my house. A couple weeks ago I ordered 2 very simple parts for the spare tire hold down, the wing nut and retention cup (what can I say ... I was too lazy to go to the JY that day ;-)). They sent me an email notice saying the order had been received. The next day a notice saying it was being processed, then nothing for about 8 days. Finally I contacted them and asked what was going on with my order. Two days later I got a notice saying my parts had been shipped. When they arrived only 1 of the parts was what I ordered (the wing nut). I have no idea what the 2nd part is that they shipped but it's not the retention cup.

Okay. Blade, shroud, clutch. Need to find the bolts/nuts/however it attaches. Need to figure out if I have a place to attach it, or if I need to get that part, too. And new...whatever those plastic things are that let you run the line from the overflow bottle properly.
Crept over to O'Reilly last night and got brake cleaner, a lot of antifreeze. I've got the right transmission fluid [should probably have gotten more]. I know I forgot a few things.
There's an Autozone and an Advance Auto Parts at the opposite intersection. And a NAPA hiding nearby. If I'm very lucky, maybe they'll have some of the stuff I'm missing.
