You need to swap the harness and the computer from the ho rig if u want to use the ho intake and sensors.

Much easier that way.
I have a write-up on the swap if you're interested.

If you want a bigger TB, spend $90 at www.strokedjeep.com and get a 60mm Renix one. That's 2mm bigger than an HO with new bigger butterfly etc.

There are some options as far as exhaust goes that will add a few ponies also.

What exhaust options? Besides a header and full exhaust

Anybody with a Renix Jeep might want to check out some of Cruiser's stuff in the link there in my signature. Besides the excellent info above, there is some stuff on the HO swap.

You can use your Renix exhaust manifold if it isn't cracked.
Or, you can use an HO exhaust manifold, have an eGR bung welded into it and relocate your O2 sensor bung to the different headpipe you'll need for the HO manifold.

Fine. You'll have some swapping over of accessories to do. Sell the spares to someone with an HO.
