you can ask in any section you want but there are some differences
that you will get more accurate info on if you are in the right section


but you are getting hosed on the cost ask for every part replaced

and don't let them give you any excuses on that
if they cant give you the old part don't pay

So you think it's just a plug that they replace? I'm gonna call the Jeep customer service line tomorrow as well.

I'm in South Carolina but I previously had the shifter replaced when I lived in California.

its not a plug its a small control unit that cost 20 bucks at a junk yard
they are giving you new so that will cost way more
but 700 is way wrong

but it just unplugs
they only need to remove a few screws to get to it
15 minute of labor

and you need to ask on the GC section but all you do to rest the ECU its disconnect the battery turn on the lights and touch the pos terminal to the negative

10 minutes labor
