Help oil leak.

I have a oil filter adapter leaking oil bad.. I need to know how it comes apart and does anyone have part numbers for the gaskets and or orings needed to repair ... please help this is my daily driver going thru oil like its water almost a quart a week....thanks Tim

Ok got the parts from the dealer today it just about broke the bank .... $4.64 .... looks like it has a t60 bit but its a hot yet to make sure... prolly will pull the motor mount bolt and lift the passenger side up a bit to have more room .....
