what area underneath is it? It looks like a door latch striker of some kind just at first glance.

Part number looks like 55074641 for '94 to '96. So I found it here:

I have bought a couple things from this site. Thing about this site is no pictures so it makes you wonder. For the things that I have bought I could not find them anywhere else or they were so much cheaper here so I decided to chance it. They were exactly what I wanted every time.

Is the 95 different than the 91 on this part?
I was quite sure my 91 doesn't have studs. It has a plate with two threaded holes below the floor, and two countersunk bolts with TORX heads going through the striker plate. The bolts then thread into the plate that's below the floor.
So on mine, the broken stud would just be a broken bolt that I could replace.
Ozalid; are those actually studs attached to the striker? Or are they bolts rusted to the striker?
Sorry for my ignorance, just different than my experience. Since the link posted doesn't have photos of the new parts I can't really tell. If the striker plate assembly was like my 91 then you'd just need to replace the bolts instead of buying a new assembly.

Same part used on at least 93 (maybe earlier?) through 96.
If you get it from the JY get the plate, and nuts that hold it to the bottom plate.
Buy ALL the parts and also take a wire brush to the area it mounts to (probably lots of rust around that area too), and paint it after you do that.

Looks like '91 to '93 is also the same part #. '88 to '90 is a different number.
