So I went to the pull a part junkyard and already looked. Checked all Cherokees, even one Wagoneer, total of six vehicles, two of them almost complete, but ALL of them had no gauge cluster.

So here's the dilemma. When I was working on the light for the gauge cluster (all the backlights went out on it) I caught the fuel gauge needle on my sleeve and popped it off. I can't find a single stock replacement part anywhere. I've looked for two days and can't find a thing. All I find are autometer gauges that wouldn't even bolt into mine and they say they're "OE direct fits."

Could someone please help me find it? It's the big one, I think it goes all the way down to 1/16s, same size as the speedo.

 

I really want the stock one, btw. I really don't want to deal with replacing the rest of the gauge cluster, but most of all I don't want to spend the money or try and figure out if I have the right part (I looked it up and if you don't have the right ohm settings, it's totally messed up). My money is going elsewhere on her I like the fuel gauge as it is, just want a new one.

 

Problem was solved another way, but I'm still curious after two days of fierce anger at google... is there a replacement online for the old big fuel gauge?
