heater question.

Default heater question.

I have a 93 jeep cherokee sport the stock heater system is exstrely cold at 40 below is there any way i can beef up my heating system without completely changing the system out?

you need to flush your heater core.

Replace the thermostat, fill the radiator with 50/50 coolant/water and flush your heater core.

Not sure if your year has the heater bypass valve. Remove it and replace with hoses.

I live in Alaska lol it gets cold up here lol. I will flush my heater and see how warm it gets.

Using the recommended 195° thermostat, should get at least warm enough to melt the rubber off of your shoes.

I buy a lot of parts off amazon after getting part numbers from rock auto. Don't trust amazon for part compatibility.

52028186 stat from the dealer.
Flush heater core.
Eliminate heater valve in engine bay.
