Heat not very hot? Help

The fact that the radiator hose is hotter than the heater hoses does not indicate a faulty thermostat.
Make sure to flush with water in both directions.
Blow out core.
Add CLR cleaner to core & let sit overnight.
Flush in both directions next day.
Your core should be clear.
If you are still not getting heat you have other issues.
If u have a heat temp check gun,u can check heater core flow by determining temp of each hose. If it's not pretty close u have a flow issue.
