Default Headlight issue. Need help.

So I just replaced the headlight switch in my 94 jeep cherokee and the headlights are working fine, but now the dash lights parking lights and tag lights are not working. If I bearly pull out the light switch they will come on but if I move it or pull it out all the way the dash lights won't come on but the headlights do...wat do I do? I bought headlight switch and even went and got a different one both had same problem. Wiring seem to be OK???????

Make at least SOME effort to post a sensible subject line.

The whole forum is all about HELP, so just putting that in your subject line is pretty pointless.

Making that the ONLY thing in your subject line is senseless.

Go exchange the headlight switch. Sounds like a bad unit.

Were the dash lights working prior to the switch replacement?

Sounds like loose wires or a short/ground issue.

Many folks just skip over those types of subject lines.

I'm gonna change it for the OP and hopefully this is a lesson to others.
