I haven't seen oil leaking out of the front right axle the last two days. I just checked my diff oil level and it is nigh to the top. I will wait a little bit and keep checking the level.
Currently on the works of converting my doors to the removable hinge system. Took all of my doors off with a T40 and all had disconnects except for one, the rear right side door. Will take the jig saw and cut the lower have of the door side hinge so the pins can slide into the frame side hinge for quick removal. Will post pictures later today.
Up next I want to get serious with the fuel injector swap. And while I do this swap I would also think it is a good idea to upgrade to the newer '99+ intake manifold. I can pick a used one up at the junkyard.
Just want to confirm these are the correct ones.

Alright guys.
All four doors are now quick removable doors with quick disconnects. All I did was saw the lower half of the hinge. See pictures below.
Also I had a bad ppv cap for years air was never vented back into the air box. So I picked up a grommet and an elbow at Napa and made my own new one. Now valve cover is sealed and air is routed to the air box properly. Again pictures below.
It is confirmed I do have an axle seal leak. Oil is all over my wheel and hub. While I was at Napa I picked up two seals. Just need to go get a 36mm then I can get started.

Took the wheel off and had to face this stupid rusted nut. Liquid wrench it, heated it up with a torch, and had a 6 foot cheater and broke my neighbors and my own half inch socket wrench. What the hell am I supposed to do here? Is there another way on how to remove the axle? I looked in the diff and I don't have c clips.

The hub/axle can be removed still attached. I'm thinking Air Wrench. Ether drive it in to a shop if it's not too late, or take the assembly in. (even a tire shop might do it for a song).
Socket wrench? I hope you meant (1/2"), "breaker bar". Check the brand (s). Napa, Craftsman, SK, Proto> and Snap-On are some that have free replacement.
Bummer Btw! Mine were plenty snug, but came off OK.
OH! And you crack that with the wheel on the ground!

Got both axles out, and the carrier and gear removed. The inner seal looked fine, no rubber cracks or nothing anywhere. But it still leaks. I had no luck pulling the old seal out, it is tight and snug in there. Napa gave me the wrong seal because it is not the right size. Will have to run back to Napa on Monday. You can see oil just puddling in the axle housing in one of the pictures below.

It was really fun and hard work getting this far! The new seal I have the inner diameter is too big, there is at least a half centimeter gap. I have napa part number 15843 and according to their computer data base they said it would work but they are wrong.

Please clarify, You do have the two piece RF axle with the Vacuum Disco? It's late and I ain't reading back through. People shared good info while I was at that here> https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/dan...-disco-172988/
If you use some stupid thing that doesn't let you see links, That's a thing we might want to know. ( IE, if you are on something "smart" you may not have assess to the info). It's just we go to adjust for, the "smart" interface.
