I frequently see and answer threads about DOA aftermarket engine management sensors.
Because of that and because of my own poor luck with aftermarket sensors, I now buy only Mopar sensors. Look at the amount of times in your life that you will need to replace these sensors; the little extra money you spend is well worth it in reliability and longevity.
Nothing more frustrating than finally troubleshooting a problem properly, buying a new sensor and having it not work right out of the box. Really throws you off as you then think you can safely eliminate that part as a root cause. But DOA parts happen more than you think! Especially with engine management sensors.

thanx 4 yur help......and if any1 has this problem they can test it by putting a jumper wire in the end of the plug that goes to the temp censor and it will trick the ecu into thinking the water temp is 101 and will let you start and drive the vehicle.....whod of thought that a closed circuit can cause your car 2 run like that.....the fuel is compinsated for the temp......so good luck 2 all who have this problem....thanx 4 yur troobleshooting help!!
