A few issues thst have been driving me crazy...
So ever since my overheating issues my xj constantly runs at 210. It only takes about 3-5 minutes to reach 210 as well. I've been told that these things should run at about 190. Ive replaced the coolant temp sensor, mechanical fan shroud, electric fan, thermostat and have done a coolant flush. Pretty much at a loss for words.....
Secondly at idle my oil pressure is at 20 on the guage. With my foot on the pedal I'm anywhere between 40-60. Is this normal or is there something else I need to be looking at. I did replace my oil pressure sensor.

It is normal on both of your questions. The normal operation temp is 210. I don't know if you misunderstood the 190 part. But your thermostat should be 195. and your oil pressure is perfect.

Like said above, normal. Your oil pressure is perfect.
What degree thermostat did you put in? You shouldn't be at a loss for words if there are still a few more components of the cooling system that you haven't replaced and can get old and go bad with time. I am referring to the water pump, radiator, radiator cap, and belt-driven fan clutch. Always a good idea to put in new radiator and heater hoses too.
But I wouldn't worry about all that if it doesn't get above 210. You are definitely safe at that temperature
