Default Tires looking at the nose...

So, I had no option but to wrap tow strap around my front steering arm or whatever its called and I got pulled out. My tires are now both trying to look at each other now, the 1 to 2 inch bar i attached to is bent. If someone could post a pic of the front i could say which bar it is. Just wondering what all would need to be replaced and dont want the shop charging me to much extra. Cant take a pic. its in a shop. Had to take it in, no time these days... Thanks, Kyle.

Edit: I forgot to mention its a 1990 4x4 5-speed 4.0l...

Sounds like the tie rod bar. What would need to be replaced? Well the bar is definitely one for starters. Then the tie rods. Maybe even the drag link if it got bent in the pull.

Might want to replace it with a tie rod from a ZJ. That should make a much better recovery point

The axle tube was right there and you chose to wrap it around the skinny tie rod...

Haha- I hear that, such a helpful reference. There's a bookmark to it in safari and a photo saved in pictures on my phone...

I couldn't get to the axle, it was to far back and the mud was up to my doors... mine looks a bit different, it has a tube that comes forward on both ends and sticks out 2 inches away from original spot with the bend coming towards front bumper, then it has another bar attached to it that goes up like the drag link does. i think i hooked it up to the drag link lol. also, i could only access the under body from passenger side front tire opening...

Edit: oh and thanks for the pic, it is awesome.
