by the look of the title i thought we were talking about my mother...hahahaha. i had the same problem with my 66 mustang. i replaced the hynges with new ones and reenforced the hynge mounts. that pretty much fixed the problem.

I actually have never looked at the hinges on my Jeep, but I can tell ya from my experience from my Oldsmobile, see if they have a door hinge re-bushing kit you can get with new pins...

Since the hinges are welded on, I don't think they sell replacements. As Bowtie says, look for a bushing kit, I think that will fix your "sag"!!

yeah i have been trying to find a hinge pin kit or anything and havent had any luck. Guess i will have to search a little harder. And i need to pull the door off and fix the hinges any how the top one is starting to tear away around the weld. and cherokee baby trust me that thought crossed my mind i got coveralls and a carhart coat that would keep me warm but cleaning snow off the outside is ok but when the inside is covered in it its a different story.

Jack up the end of the door when its open, then weld the hinge back on...
You might be able to rig it with putting your own bushings in it if you can find a way to knock that old hinge pin out.
