how do i fix saggin my door

my driver door on my xj is saggin so bad i cant close it all the way unless i slam it very hard
the hinge has been welded but done badly,the PO had this done how can i fix it?

Typically, saggy doors are fixed with shims. You can get them from junk yards, or make them yourself. It requires unbolting the door from the body to install.
