Default front noise like sounds like bearings but isnt?

So I have this noise on my 94 xj it was there before the lift. I jacked it up and felt for loose bearings couldn't feel them. Going down the road tested the hard left hard right to load the bearings to make the noise go away it didn't. I lifted it 4.5 " rc add a leaf. Noise got a little worse. Any ideas what to check now?

Check your u-joints on the drive shaft also on the axle.

Update all u joints in the front are solid with no play and with the new tires on a lot of the noise is gone but there is a vibration between 25 and 35 mph
