Default Front left suspension making clunking noise (PICS)

Hopefully you guys can help me out with this one. My issue is every time I brake and accelerate at a stop sign I hear a clunk coming from my front left suspension. So when I decided to investigate the problem I noticed my spring is touching my spacer. I'm assuming that's where the noise is coming from, but I am not sure how to fix it.

Clunking side:

Quiet side:

Another tiny issue is electrical, typical Cherokee problem lol... My passenger windows seem to randomly lock themselves. To unlock them for my friends I need to play around with the window lock button and lower the windows myself. What would cause this?

I appreciate the help!

Are there two different size sway bar links on it?If so and they are discos then cut them down to bring the sway bar away from the coil.

Maybe the bushings for the loud side are worn out and letting it slide forward and back.

Not to sure about the sway bar links I'm pretty sure they are the same size.

He would be talking about the sway bar bushings. They are the ones that are hitting the spring.

The top pic looks like the spring is leaning forward. Is it bending towards the link?If it is then you need to get longer lower control arms to get the axle centered in the wheel well. That will straighten the coils up and fix your knocking problem.

It doesn't really look like its bending in any direction. The spring just seems squished against the spacer. If I would need longer lower control arms how come I'm not having the same issue on the other side?

Very good question. Is your link bent on that side? Also check to see if the sway bar itself is bent causing it to push the link back.

Nothing looks to be bent it all matches up with the good side.

did you extend your shocks when you put the spacers in... because it is probably this right here...

your shock looks bent (over extending can cause this)

Just checked the shock in day light and it has no bends in it.
