Default Fluttering Noise Behind Dash

There's a fluttering sound coming from behind the dash and I have no clue what it is or where exactly behind the dash it's coming from. The sound only appears when the XJ is stopped and the gear is in drive. Doesn't matter if the AC/Heat is on or not. Has anyone had this problem before? It's driving me bonkers!

Definitely not. Could be a seal flapping its tail really fast. But like a seal the size of a hummingbird stuck behind the dash.

Honestly, a great suggestion. While checking that, I'd get the best look I could at the condition of the transmission mount to be thorough.

I'll definitely take a look at both trans mount and the exhaust hanger. I'll report back.. Thanks guys. Someone over at Novajeepers suggested to check the transmission fluid as well.

I have had the chance to replace the transmission mount yet. But man, what if it's a cracked head like the video below. Sounds similar to mine. I have a 00' XJ with the 0331 head.
