Floor plan replacement

Was wandering if any one had pics of carpet ripped up and what they did to cut out rust and what they placed in place of floor pan ! I know y'all got rusty floor pans
I actually had no floors when I got the truck.
I cut the rust out with a $20 harbor freight angle grinder, and I welded new pans in with a harbor freight 90a welder.
Check my build, first few pages cover the work. Its really simple stuffs.

So, many people thought that I was crazy when I bought my 90a welder and my $15 harbor freight grinder. But when my cheap tools kept working and there's died they were at my door asking to borrow them. Also It worked great when I rebuilt my 65 Chevy P/U.

Its not going to make a good bumper or cage or anything structural, but for the smaller things its not bad at all.

I think I went with 16ga when I needes to make small patches. I wanted a bit thicker of a floor.
I have always said you cant go wrong with a $100 HF welder. I have used mine on plenty of projects.
